For jam organizers
Jam Lineup gives your musicians one clear place to join songs, and gives your team the tools to shape the lineup and move the night forward live.
How it works
Set up the session once, then use the same workspace before and during the jam.
Add the venue, date, start time, house rules, visibility, and the maximum number of songs you want in the running order.
Move the session from draft to published, then share its link, six-digit code, or QR code. Public sessions can also appear in local discovery.
Musicians can join an existing song or propose a new one, choose an instrument or role, suggest a key, and leave a private note for organizers.
Review applicants by song, select the musicians for each performance, confirm the key, add organizer notes, and arrange the running order.
Open the dedicated, read-only display from the organizer workspace on a separate device. Put its browser in full screen on a venue TV or projector; it refreshes automatically and shows the live order, performers, session QR code, and announcements without exposing organizer controls.
Move songs through up next, on stage, and completed. A read-only venue display keeps the room in sync and can show short announcements.
What you can do
Everything stays attached to the session, so handoffs are clear and the public view always reflects the latest lineup.
The same page, code, and QR work before the event and at the venue.
Invite verified users to help review applications and operate the live running order.
Reorder performances, edit song details, and adjust musicians as the night changes.
Run a separate, auto-refreshing full-screen view on a TV or projector while organizers keep the controls on their own device.
