Delete your Jam Lineup data

You can ask us to delete your account and the personal information associated with it at any time.

How to request deletion

  1. Email privacy@jamlineup.com from the email address you use to sign in.
  2. Use the subject “Jam Lineup data deletion request.”
  3. Tell us whether you signed in with Google, Apple, Facebook, or more than one provider.

What happens next

We will acknowledge your request and may ask you to verify account ownership. Once verified, we will delete or irreversibly anonymize your Jam Lineup account and personal activity within 30 days, except for information we must keep for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.

Facebook and other providers

Removing Jam Lineup from your Facebook, Google, or Apple account stops future sign-in access from that provider but does not automatically delete information already stored by Jam Lineup. Follow the steps above to delete Jam Lineup data. Deleting Jam Lineup data does not delete your provider account.
